“The Boathouse Youth has worked with Ciara and her team at The Performance Studios on a number of occasions over the past two years. Each time, the standard of delivery has been exceptional. The skills Ciara and her team possess are brilliant. They are able to engage with children on all levels and encourage them to participate and get involved. 

Each time The Performance Studios has delivered workshops for The Boathouse Youth, every child has gotten involved, even those who at first said they did not want to. We have seen a huge confidence boost with the children, even some of our most timid young people have gotten up to perform.

Each workshop has been different, composing of a variety of different techniques, songs and games, all of which the children have found easy to engage with. A particular hit at The Boathouse Youth was the routines the children learned from The Greatest Showman. All of the children thoroughly enjoyed learning this dance, as well as singing along to the soundtrack. Even the staff got involved with this one! We will continue to work with Ciara and her team and look forward to the relationship between The Boathouse Youth and The Performance Studios growing”.
